Wat een bijzondere en leuke ervaring! Aanvankelijk was ik van plan om één/ twee weken Spaans te leren en te verblijven in een gastgezin, waarbij ik doordeweeks vier uur les per dag zou hebben. Uiteindelijk werden het drie weken omdat ik het erg naar mijn zin had. Marla, de coördinator van de school en haar man Francisco waren enorm aardig en behulpzaam. Verder waren mijn leraressen Angie en Macarely erg bekwaam en geduldig. Tijdens de les heb ik ook de kans gekregen om kennis te maken met de locale cultuur en geschiedenis. Zo ben ik naar een museum geweest ("Museo de leyendas y tradiciones") en heb ik de kathedraal in het centrum bezocht. Daarnaast was het gezin waarin ik verbleef erg vriendelijk, met een lieve hond genaamd Pinky. Alles bijeengenomen was dit zonder twijfel een geweldige ervaring die ik nooit zal vergeten en zeer zeker kan aanraden!

This was an amazing experience for me and I'm so so grateful of Cristal and Marla for creating a genuinely incredible week long learning experience with short notice. Cristal was highly organised with course material and took me through a learning experience that perfectly aligned with my needs. I wanted to spend as much time doing intensive learning as I could, and Cristal was patient and extremely knowledgeable. It was also really nice to get to know locals throughout the experience even though I didn't do the homestay experience. I'd never done anything like this before so if you're wondering if you should but are eager to learn this is an excellent place for you 😊 Thank you again ❤️ I will definitely come back if in town again

I am a student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. I found that the teaching at this school is well-planned and personal. The instructors try to help you from wherever you are beginning class here to help you gain ground in your Spanish skills. My teachers, Marla and Frank, were very helpful in teaching me more Spanish than I knew, as well as helping me to have fun while learning. The school shifts professors from week to week to help you to learn with different teaching methods, this ensures that you have a good time here and learn a lot. I recommend that if you do choose this school, and are fluent in English, to volunteer with the teachers outside of class time to help them practice their English as well as to build friendships. The staff at this school is one that you will enjoy getting to know personally.
